Rigatoni Masilicò with an excellent ragout prepared according to the Campania tradition. The long preparation of the sauce is the basis. Our paste, porous and always perfect cooking (“al dente”), makes the difference. Our homemade pasta, in fact, is characterized by an excellent cooking resistance and the ability to retain the sauce. With our pasta, each dish will turn into pure poetry. For optimal cooking, use 1 liter of water per 100 grams of pasta.
