Our saffron threads are like precious treasure chests, rich in flavour and tradition, gently dried and carefully stored. The “red gold of Cilento” brings warmth and tastiness to every dish. Discover its intense flavour and let yourself be seduced by its spicy notes. Masilicò saffron comes from Montano Antilia , located in the enchanting Cilento area. It is recommended to add our saffron threads at the end of the preparation in order to maintain their nutritional and organoleptic properties untouched. Each jar contains up to 12 portions of flavour. Note:For optimal results, soak in one finger of cold water for at least 24 hours or in hot water at 50° for at least 1 hour.
